Traditional Method
- Heat up your favorite oil in a hot pan over medium-high heat.
- Toss in the trimmed green beans and fry until they start to get tender and crispy.

- Mix soy sauce, broth, cornstarch, and sesame oil in a bowl, then pour it over the beans.

Broiling Method
- Blanch the green beans in boiling water for 3-4 minutes, then shock them in ice water.
- In a bowl, mix the sauce ingredients as described.
- Spread the blanched beans onto a baking sheet, drizzle the sauce, and toss.
- Broil for about 5-7 minutes.
Air Fryer Method
- Combine the sauce ingredients in a bowl.
- Toss the trimmed green beans in the sauce until well coated.
- Place them in the air fryer basket and cook at 400°F for 10-12 minutes.
- Shake halfway through for even crispiness.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a splash of chili oil or crushed red pepper flakes. Watch the cooking time to avoid mushy beans. Experiment with different oils for varied flavors.
