- Wash and trim the green beans.
- Heat sesame oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
Cooking
- Add the green beans to the pan and stir-fry for about 5 minutes.
- Pour in soy sauce, and season with salt and pepper.
- Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the beans are tender.
- Serve warm.
Notes
Storage: Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days in an airtight container. They also freeze well for up to 2 months. Reheat by sautéing or microwaving until heated through. Tips: Don’t overcook the beans; they should be tender-crisp. Add red pepper flakes for a spicy kick or toss in other veggies for a color explosion.
