Preparation

- Stir in the cream cheese, paprika, salt, and pepper until melted and smooth.
Assembly
- In a bowl, whisk together the eggs and heavy cream.
- Spread the beef mixture evenly in a greased baking dish, and then pour the egg mixture over the top.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese evenly across the surface.
Baking
- Bake for 20–25 minutes, until set and golden.
- Let it cool slightly, then garnish with parsley or green onions.
Notes
This casserole keeps well for up to 4 days in the fridge. For freezing, it can last up to 3 months. Thaw and reheat slowly for the best results. Don't skip the browning step for better flavor.
