Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll out the puff pastry sheets and cut them into rectangles.
- Place a slice of ham and a slice of cheese on one half of each rectangle.
- Fold the pastry over to cover the filling, sealing the edges with a fork.
- Brush the tops with your egg wash.
Baking
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Serve them warm.
Notes
Serve these sticks warm with a dipping sauce like ranch or spicy mustard. They keep well in the fridge for about 3-4 days. Freeze before baking for up to 3 months.
