- Spoon the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, forming small cloud shapes.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the clouds are golden and firm.
- Let them cool slightly before serving.
Notes
For best results, whip egg whites until super stiff for maximum volume. Serve with toppings like avocado, smoked salmon, or cream cheese. Stored in the fridge, they last about 3-4 days; can be frozen for longer storage.
