  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 300°F (150°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form.
  3. In another bowl, mix the egg yolks, cream cheese, baking powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  4. Gently fold the egg whites into the yolk mixture until well combined.
Baking
  1. Spoon the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, forming cloud-like mounds.
  2. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
  3. Let cool slightly before serving. Enjoy with toppings of your choice!
