  • 3 large large eggs, separated
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened Room temperature for better mixing
  • 1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder Feel free to substitute with onion powder or herbs
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional toppings (herbs, cheese, etc.) For extra flavor

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In one bowl, beat the egg whites with cream of tartar until stiff peaks form.
  3. In another bowl, mix the egg yolks, cream cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  4. Gently fold the egg whites into the egg yolk mixture until just combined.
  5. Spoon the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet into fluffy cloud shapes.
  6. Bake for about 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Let them cool slightly before serving.

Notes

These clouds store well in the fridge for about 3-4 days or can be frozen for up to three months. Reheat in the oven or microwave before serving.
