Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In one bowl, beat the egg whites with cream of tartar until stiff peaks form.
- In another bowl, mix the egg yolks, cream cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Gently fold the egg whites into the egg yolk mixture until just combined.
- Spoon the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet into fluffy cloud shapes.
- Bake for about 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let them cool slightly before serving.
Notes
These clouds store well in the fridge for about 3-4 days or can be frozen for up to three months. Reheat in the oven or microwave before serving.
