Ingredients
  

Casserole Base
  • 2 cans Campbell's Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • 1 cup milk Adjust for desired thickness
  • 4 cups cooked green beans Fresh, frozen, or canned
  • 1.5 cups French fried onions Divide for topping
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) if baking, or set your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream of mushroom soup and milk until smooth.
  3. Add the cooked green beans and half of the French fried onions. Stir to combine.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish or air fryer basket.
Cooking
  1. If baking, bake for 25-30 minutes. If using an air fryer, cook for about 15-20 minutes.
  2. In the last few minutes, sprinkle the remaining French fried onions on top and cook until golden brown.
Serving
  1. Serve warm as a side dish for your Thanksgiving dinner.

Notes

This casserole can be prepared ahead of time. Store in the fridge for 3-4 days or freeze for 2-3 months. Reheat in the oven to retain crunch.
