Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F.
- Spray a 9×13 baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
- Brown the sausage in a skillet and drain any excess grease.
Assembly
- Spread the crescent rolls in the bottom of the baking dish.
- Top with the cooked sausage, then pour the beaten eggs over the sausage.
- Generously top with shredded cheddar cheese.
Baking
- Bake at 350 degrees F for about 30 minutes.
Notes
Store leftovers tightly covered in the fridge for 3–4 days or freeze for longer storage. Reheat in the oven or microwave before serving.
