Ingredients
  

Casserole Base
  • 1 can crescent rolls Used as the base of the casserole.
Main Ingredients
  • 1 pound mild breakfast sausage Browned and drained before adding.
  • 6 large eggs, beaten Provide fluffiness to the casserole.
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese Generously sprinkled on top before baking.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Spray a 9×13 baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  3. Brown the sausage in a skillet and drain any excess grease.
Assembly
  1. Spread the crescent rolls in the bottom of the baking dish.
  2. Top with the cooked sausage, then pour the beaten eggs over the sausage.
  3. Generously top with shredded cheddar cheese.
Baking
  1. Bake at 350 degrees F for about 30 minutes.

Notes

Store leftovers tightly covered in the fridge for 3–4 days or freeze for longer storage. Reheat in the oven or microwave before serving.
