  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1/2 cup flour (or a gluten-free substitute) Use gluten-free flour as per choice.
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • as needed Cooking spray or oil for baking Use as needed to grease baking sheet.

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine cottage cheese, flour, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika. Mix until well combined.
  3. Spread the mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet in a thin, even layer.
Baking
  1. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the edges are crispy and golden brown.
  2. Remove from the oven and let cool. Break into chip-sized pieces and enjoy!

Notes

Store in an airtight container to keep them fresh for about 3-5 days in the fridge. Alternatively, freeze for longer storage.
