Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 200°F (95°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Peel and slice the bananas into ⅛-inch rounds.
- Brush each banana slice with lemon juice on both sides.
- Line the slices over the prepared baking dish, making sure to space them apart.
Baking
- Bake in the hot oven for 1 hour to 1 hour 30 minutes, or until you can flip the bananas.
- Flip the chips and bake on the other side for about 30 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and let them cool completely — this will help achieve that perfect crispiness!
Notes
Store in an airtight container for up to a week. If you want to keep them longer, pop them in the fridge.
