Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 200°F (95°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Peel and slice the bananas into ⅛-inch rounds.
  3. Brush each banana slice with lemon juice on both sides.
  4. Line the slices over the prepared baking dish, making sure to space them apart.
Baking
  1. Bake in the hot oven for 1 hour to 1 hour 30 minutes, or until you can flip the bananas.
  2. Flip the chips and bake on the other side for about 30 minutes.
  3. Remove from the oven and let them cool completely — this will help achieve that perfect crispiness!

Notes

Store in an airtight container for up to a week. If you want to keep them longer, pop them in the fridge.
