Preparation
- Wash and dry the zucchinis, cutting off the ends. Slice them into rounds about 1/4-inch thick.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to create your seasoning blend.
- Toss the sliced zucchini in the seasoning mix until they’re nicely coated.
Cooking
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
- Place the seasoned zucchini slices in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Don’t overcrowd them; you might need to cook in batches.
- Air fry for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through for even cooking. You want them golden brown and crispy.
- If you’re feeling fancy, sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese on top during the last 2 minutes of cooking.
- Once done, remove the zucchini and let them cool slightly before serving.
Notes
Store leftover Air Fryer Zucchini in the fridge in an airtight container for about 3-4 days. Reheat in the microwave or air fryer for best results.
