For the Mug Cake
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted
  • 3 tbsp almond flour
  • 1 egg
  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp stevia powder blend (like Truvia)
For the Glaze
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • ¼ tsp ground cinnamon
  • ½ tsp stevia powder blend
For the Cream Cheese Frosting
  • 1 oz cream cheese
  • ½ tsp stevia powder blend

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a microwave-safe mug, mix the melted butter, almond flour, egg, cinnamon, baking powder, and stevia until smooth.
  2. Cook on high in the microwave for 90 seconds to 2 minutes, until the top is set.
  3. In a small bowl, melt the butter for the glaze, stir in the cinnamon and stevia, and pour this over your warm cake.
  4. Soften the cream cheese, blend it with stevia, and swirl it on top for frosting.

Notes

Serve warm, topped with cream cheese frosting and enjoy the delightful aroma and flavor! Store leftovers in the fridge for 2-3 days.
