Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) or prepare your air fryer. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mash the banana in a medium bowl until smooth.
- Add the almond flour (or oat flour) and cinnamon (if using). Stir until a soft, sticky dough forms.
- Roll the dough into small balls, about 1 inch wide. If it's too sticky, wet your hands slightly.
Baking
- Place the balls on the baking sheet and bake for 12–15 minutes or air-fry for 8–10 minutes, until slightly golden.
- Optional: Roll the warm donut holes in a mixture of cinnamon and coconut sugar or shredded coconut.
Serving
- Let them cool slightly before serving. Enjoy these bites warm or at room temperature.
Notes
These treats can be stored in the fridge for up to 5 days in an airtight container and in the freezer for up to 3 months. Microwave for a warm snack.
